Little things we also take care of
If it makes a trip smoother, it's on our desk. Just ask.
Asked all the time
How do payments work?
We confirm your trip with a deposit (usually 30%), with the balance due before departure. We accept mobile money, bank transfer and card. Every payment gets a receipt, and your quote is locked once paid.
Can I book for my whole company or staff?
Absolutely — it's one of our specialties. Use the booking form to add every traveler (there's a "Staff member" option), or send us a list and we'll handle rooming, transport and dietary needs in one plan with one invoice.
What if I don't know where I want to go?
That's the fun part. Tell us your budget, dates and the feeling you're after — rest, adventure, romance — and we'll pitch you three itineraries to choose from. No charge for dreaming.
Do you handle visas and travel insurance?
Yes. We guide you through visa applications for your destination, prepare supporting documents, and arrange travel insurance so you're covered from take-off to touchdown.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Life happens. Most trips can be rescheduled free of charge with enough notice; cancellation terms depend on airlines and lodges, and we always explain them clearly before you pay.
When is the best time to visit Uganda?
Uganda is a year-round destination, but the dry seasons — December to February and June to September — are best for gorilla trekking and savannah game drives. The green seasons bring fewer crowds, lush scenery and better lodge rates. Tell us your month and we'll tell you what shines then.
How do gorilla trekking permits work?
Permits for Bwindi and Mgahinga are issued by the Uganda Wildlife Authority, are limited per day and sell out months ahead in high season. We check live availability, secure your permit and build the rest of the itinerary around your trekking date.
Is East Africa safe for travelers?
Millions of travelers visit Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania safely every year. We use vetted guides, drivers and lodges we know personally, plan sensible routes and stay reachable on WhatsApp throughout your trip — plus we arrange travel insurance for every itinerary.
